What is CashNow?

CashNow is an instant personal loan platform for foreign nationals in UAE. You can apply for a Short-Term Personal Loan up to AED 10,000 for up to 6 months. The application process is completely online, and once approval, the cash is immediately transferred to your bank account.

Hong much is the loan amount?

Loan amount is ranged from AED 300 to AED 10,000 depending on your credit history, repayment capacity, and your specifc need.

How long is the loan term?

Loan term is ranged from 14 days to 6 months depending on your need and your credit history.

How much is the interest rate?

The charge might differ depeding on loan amount and tenure selected as well as your credit history.
If you don’t make payment on time, additional penalty charge might apply.

Can I increase loan amount?

Repayment as per agreement will be the most important factor to help increase your credit limit.

Can I increase loan term?

Keeping a good borrowing & repayment record will enable you have more term options.

How to apply?

What are the requirements to get a loan?

You must have valid Emirates ID and UAE bank card to receive your loan.

How soon will my application be approved?

In normal situation, your application should be approved within 3 minutes.But if you stuck in the Emirates ID verification, it’s usually need 48 working hours for manually check.

Do I need to pay any fee before I get a loan?

No. You DON’T need to pay any charge before receiving your loan.

Is there any promotion I can enjoy?

Yes. We frequently have promotion or discount coupons offered to our customers. You may check your SMS inbox from us. Those coupons will be applied to your application whenever applicable.

How do I see the details of my approved loan?

The details of your loan will be disclosed to you before your confirmation on the application. Plus, you will also be able to view the details once the loan is approved.

Why was my application rejected ?

  • Credit history.
  • Submitted information was insufficient.
  • Some submitted information is inaccurate.

 

You are always welcome to try again, application does not affect your credit score.

How can I increase my credit limit?

Repayment as per agreement will be the most important factor to help increase your credit limit.

What if my Emirates ID is expired?

If your Emirates ID is or about to expire, your loan application won’t be approved. Please upload your newest Emirates ID in PayBy wallet and re-apply.

How can I login the operator?

You can choose your phone operator such as Du, Etisalat or Virgin. When your operator is Virgin, you need to prepare the email and password to login and authorize. When your operator is Du or Etisalat, you need to use phone number and verification code to login and authorize.

Why do I need to login to my operator app?

This helps us us to ensure the authencity of this phone number you use.

How can I get my loan approved?

It’s important to maintain your good credit history and ensure the information you provided is authentic and accurate.

How to renew the Emirates ID?

If your Emirates ID is expired or will be expired within 30 days, you need to upload the new ID when you apply your next loan. There are no other entrance for updating ID in the app.

What makes Emirate ID verification failed?

You need to prepare the Emirate ID and take a clear photo of it. Then make sure the brightness and without hat and glass when you scan your face. please try again.

How long the Emirate ID verification will takes?

Generally speaking, the Emirates ID verification is instant. However, sometimes the verification process will be manually when the liveness photo is not fullly matched, which need additional 48 working hours to finish.

Loan Disbursement

How to receive money?

How can I receive money?

Currently, we disburse the loan to your UAE bank account or your Botim wallet. During application, your will be required to provide IBAN of your bank account or your Botim number so that your application can be complete.

After the loan is approved, we will disburse the amount to your bank account or your botim wallet, it depends what you select during application. You can check your bank account or Botim- Me- Balance page.

How can I find my money in Botim wallet

You can download and login your BOTOM APP with same phone number provided to CashNow, and click the “me” page, you can find the botim balance, the disbursed amount will be shown there.

What is IBAN and where to find my IBAN?

IBAN is the 23-digit bank account number which is used for bank transfers.

If you have difficulty to find the IBAN of your bank account, you might check the bank account opening letter, bank statement, online banking or mobile banking application, or consult with your bank directly. What can I do if I put the wrong IBAN?

If your IBAN is not correct, then the disbursal amount will not be collected back. We suggest you reapply and change the correct IBAN.

How soon can I receive money?

Normally, the amount will be transferred to your bank account in 24 hours. During weekend and official holidays, the transfer might be delayed due to non operation from banks. If you have any concern on loan delivery, please contact our customer service: help.cashnow@quantix.ae

How much will I receive?

We emphasize the transparency of the transaction. Right before you confirm the loan application, you will be able to see how much amount you can receive once it is approved. Please be noted that the amount disbursed to you might be lower than original loan amount as a service charge will be deducted.

IBAN has been used?

An IBAN (bank account) cannot be used for disbursement if it is linked to another CashNow user. If you want to use this IBAN, it has to be removed from the current user.

If you don’t know why your IBAN was used by another person or cannot contact the person who used it, please prepare your Emirates ID, your bank statement showing your name and IBAN number, and send to our customer email address: help.cashnow@quantix.ae. We will contact you to help.

How to remove IBAN?

Click on Setting (top-right corner of CashNow homepage screen) and choose “My bank card” to manage the list of bank card.

NOTICE: An IBAN cannot be removed if any outstanding loan is not yet settled.

Repayment

How to repay my loan?

You have 3 options to make your repayment:

When you have debit card:

You can choose online payment thru your bank card – please turn on CashNow application and proceed payment following the instruction directly (please be noted that a bank card number beginning with 533191 can’t be used for repayment), the amount will reflect to your bill immediately.

When you don't have debit card:

You can choose cash repayment – please find NTPAY Kiosk and recharge your PayBy wallet, then make the payment thru PayBy. Customer service team will help you to deduct the money, and the amount will reflect to your bill immediately.

You can choose offline payment

We have official bank account for receiving money, you can deposit money on ATM or transfer money to our account by mobile & online bank.here is our official bank account info:

You need upload the transfer receipt to us, and the repayment bill will be reflected for 3-5 working days. Please closely monitor your repayment plan.

Can I make partial payment only?

Yes. However, we strongly suggest you to make full payment to avoid any penalty and maintain your good credit record.

NOTICE: Partial payment won’t refrain you from any late charge and penalty.

What will happen if I make a late payment?

You will be charged late fee and/or penalty when you make a late payment. Serious late payment will impact your credit record adversely. If you really encounter challenge on your payment, please discuss with our collection advistor to arrange payment properly.

Is it allowed to settle the loan before due date?

Yes, you can early settle your loan at any time only when you repaid all the principal and fees, the exact number you can check on your CashNow app.

Why does the system not register my payment?

When the payment is settled in the app but you still receive the call from collection, you can ignore the call, it will not affect your credit history.
If you choose the bank card to repay, generally speaking it takes 1 working day. Actual time depends on each bank’s process.
If you choose the Kiosk machine or the offline bank transfer, it takes 2-3 working days to register. Please be patient and check later.

Can I get loan right after fully settlement?

You can apply for a new loan right after your previous loan is fully settled. However, please be noted that the settlement of a loan with payment made through offline channels (kiosks or bank transfer) will require manual validation. Therefore, please be patient to wait for your settlement to be confirmed. We will send a notification to you once your loan is confirmed settled.

Can I extend my due day?

Yes, you can extend the due day with several choices: 7 days/ 14 days/ 21 days/ 28 days, once you clear the current bill penalty(if has) and pay the extension fee relatively, the loan will be extended accordingly.

What to do if I have financial difficulty to make a payment?

First of all, keep in mind that the consequence you will face if you don’t repay the loan, including but not limited to extra late fee and penalty charge, negative impact to your credit record, and more collection effort against you.

How do I maintain my account?

How to change my registered phone number?

Firstly, we suggest you to download Payby app and login with your old phone number, the password will be your 6- digit payment code. Then you can find Me- Account- Phone number- Change phone number.

If you cannot login Payby app with your old phone number, please upload your EID photo to us. We will arrange to proceed the process.

How do I delete my account and documents?

You can find the entrance in “ME” page – delete the account. The account and related all the information and documents about you will be erased when you don’t have outstanding order or under verification order. Once you delete the account, it will never be re-active.

What should I do if I lost my phone?

We suggest that you go to carrier and get a replacement card with the same number and log in to CashNow with the same phone number.

How do you protect my privacy data and information provided?

All user data is managed in a database that is protected by industry-standard security techniques. Access to personally identifiable information is limited to only team members who need it for work. Data is fully encrypted during transit.
